We currently ship within India only.

Shipping

Domestic (India): Free standard shipping on orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 ship at a flat rate of ₹379. We aim to dispatch every order within 2 business days of it being placed; exact delivery timelines will be confirmed here once our fulfillment partner is finalized.

Returns & exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and invoice intact.

Once a return is approved, reverse pickup is arranged and a refund is issued to the original payment method after inspection, or the exchange item is shipped, once final processing timelines are confirmed here.

Products with manufacturing defects or shipping damage are always covered — contact nandini@themugtheory.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
