Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Delivery time

We aim to dispatch every order within 2 business days of it being placed. Delivery timelines beyond dispatch will be confirmed here once our fulfillment partner is finalized.

 

Shipping charges

Domestic (India): free standard shipping on orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 ship at a flat rate of ₹379.

 

Packaging

Because our products are handmade ceramics, glass, and terracotta, every order is carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at nandini@themugtheory.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement.
